It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are providing verifiable proof you are of legal age. Bande Apart Wine reserves the right to request identification prior to and/or upon delivery of your product.
Wines purchased from Bande Apart Wine are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
All prices quoted on this site are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, changes in duty, GST and other government charges. If your order includes a product that is not available, we will get in touch with you to provide our suggestions for an alternative wine. All wine must be paid for prior to dispatch.
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Australia Post is our preferred wine delivery service.
Wine is a precious thing. It does not handle extremes of temperature very well and high temperatures in the Summer months may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment.
To ensure that your wine arrives in perfect condition, we will not deliver if the weather is extreme either at our end or at the final destination. If this is the case, we will get in touch with the customer to find a suitable delivery time when the wine will not be at risk.
